"A couple weeks ago I called Dan Combs State Farm up and needed some guidance on my policies that I have with State Farm and thank goodness I was able to get hold of Lisa Head who was a breath of fresh air. "It was a nightmare! Iv never had trouble like this! I was being way over charged for a commercial policy and they could not tell me why! If anything .. their efforts made it worse.. I went back to my old insurance! Best decision I ever made!! Keep looking!"

"I understand that the office may not be in charge of notices but as a company i find it completely horrible that you were informed on Jan of a death and I am still receiving notices about cancellation and holding premiums etc. I have followed up numerous times yet they still come.
