"When you need to make a claim, it matters who your insurance agent is. Dan has built a successful agency with excellent employees that are respected within the larger State Farm company. Our original claim was denied outright, but after reviewing the 70 photos of clear damage, Sean and Dan escalated our claim and it was ultimately approved. "Really appreciated the help given us by Dariann. I have checked prices now and then with online quotes from various companies; but this was the first time sitting down with an agent and working out a plan. There were other insurances that were greater prices than I have been paying but those companies weren't the best rated companies! Dariann wrote up plans that were cheaper and better than what we have had for 20 years! She was helpful without being pushy! I like that! Saved about $1000 this year!"

"Called in today ,I have been a dan combs customer for more than 25years, just to start I spoke with Diem today about adding a new truck to my policy and paying my bill by phone she was so polite and helpful,she understood how I wanted to pay all my policys and that I was short on time for phone calls vary helpful.i would love to remind people not to always shop price cheeper price is what you get for cheep service.many years ago I had a house fire ,I was out of town leaving my young family at home.i was 20 hrs.from home the fire was about midnight Dan was at my house at 8am talking to my wife and getting her on the rite track ,but most of all he was their to insure her that he was their for whatever her needs may be ,that makes dan Combs and his staff priceless to me."
